Your responsibilities
- Product Promotion: Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote specific products or product lines
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitor offerings, and industry trends
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, operations, to ensure effective product marketing
- Development and implementation of marketing strategies as well as target group and positioning concepts, support marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, print, events) to maximize product visibility
- Sales Support: Provide sales teams with the necessary tools and information (including price positioning and pricing strategy) to effectively sell the products
- Support product change management, customer audits, QC questionnaires, MCA contracts, PCN process
- Give presentations at internal and external meetings (customer visits) and participation in conferences
- Supporting the development phase of new products and preparing for their launch - Forecasting, demand and capacity planning
- Travel Requirements at home and abroad: Up to 20 % of Travel is required
What you bring to the table
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business chemistry, business administration or industrial engineering with a specialization in chemistry or comparable qualification
- Professional experience appropriate for this role in the field of product management
- Basic scientific and/or technical knowledge
- Very good PowerPoint and Excel skills
- Excellent written and spoken English and German skills
- Willingness to work in detail on diverse & changing subject areas
- Analytical thinking, organizational skills, independent working style, appropriate and situational appearance, ability to work in a team, strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure
Preferred skills
- Master’s degree
- Knowledge of product change management / QM
- Knowledge of BU related chemistry processes (function of chemical products)
- Background in the semiconductor/PCB industry
