Project Sales Engineer (m/w/d)

Your future tasks will include:
- Liaise with international clients to understand their processes, technical requirements and business needs.
- Design and conceptualize fish processing factories, ensuring optimal layout and workflow for efficient operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor solutions that meet client specifications and needs.
- Effectively communicate technical product- and layout benefits to future customers.
- Create and supply attractive sales proposals and quotations.
- Travel to all corners of the world to meet international clients and attend trade shows (approx. 60 days/ year).
- Foster strategic partnerships in order to procure and develop key processing elements.
- Develop next-level concepts for fish processing and initiate new developments.
Your qualifications, experience and personal skills:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in a technical field (Engineering etc.).
- Proven experience in international technical sales, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including proficiency in English and a Scandinavian language.
- The corporate language at BAADER is English, but a basic command of German would be a plus.
- Profound understanding of fish-processing technologies, the pertinent equipment and the respective industry standards.
- Expertise e.g. in the following fields is a plus: industrial weighing solutions, vision systems, hygienic designs or other core areas in the fish-processing industry.
- Competence to work independently as well as collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- AutoCAD 2D skills and knowledge of the MS Office suite are essential for this role, skills in Salesforce and SOLIDWORKS 3D or similar are a plus.
- Proficiency in devising commercial and legal contracts.
- Professional negotiation skills and experience in resolving complex situations with diplomacy are essential.
- Result-driven, contract-closer and proactive approach mindset.
- Willingness to move to Lübeck
