Your role:
- Provide 1st level support to customers experiencing issues related to their Kornit printers and application software over the phone and using remote tools, e.g. remote controlling Kornit systems
- Installation of new machines
- On site repair
- Apply upgrades and product modifications as implemented by the product line
- Provision of scheduled maintenance
- Liaise with the Service Coordinator and Remote Support Engineer regarding ongoing service cases
- Document all activities using internal systems and tools, currently salesforce service modules
Your expertise:
- Technical degree or equivalent experience in mechanical, digital, and electronic technology
- First years of experience in field engineering positions servicing complex electro-mechanical devices
- Knowledge of digital printing industry such as industrial inkjet technology, RIP/color management, experience in textile printing would be helpful
- High travel activities, up to 80%, flexibility to travel upon request in DACH and Benelux (mainly in Germany)
- Fluent in German, English skills on a business level
